[PATCH] drivers/isdn/gigaset: new M101 driver (v2)

This patch adds the line discipline based driver for the Gigaset M101
wireless RS232 adapter. It also improves the documentation a bit.

This is the second version, improved thanks to the Andrew Morton's
comments on the first one. It is still based on 2.6.20-rc6-mm3 and
depends on consolidate-line-discipline-number-definitions-v2*.patch
in the -mm tree. Please consider for the 2.6.21 queue.
