Convert:
FALSE   -> false
TRUE    -> true
BOOLEAN -> bool

Compile-tested with "allyes", "allmod" and "allno" on i386
Have followed all function/variable paths who been converted to 'bool'
'bool' in struct seems ok, since memcpy() is only used on two structs of the
same type.
