I'm a bit embarrassed with your bug. sched.c:564 is "Schedule in interrupt".
I've followed the interupt path from aac_queue_command() to aac_queue_get()
and aac_get_entry(), but I still fail to see where this damn code would be
able to directly or indirectly schedule :-/

Most probably I have missed something. Unfortunately, I've just checked
2.6 driver, and it's quite different, so it's not possible right now to
guess what change fixed the problem upstream.

I'd like people at Dell to tell us if they already encountered this bug and
why not, if there's a known workaround/bug pending.
