[PATCH] splice support #3

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

Ok, this should be it, I hope. Fixed the remaining issues spotted by
akpm, and also thanks to KAMEZAWA Hiroyuki for pointing out that the
page moving logic could get confused.

----

This adds support for the sys_splice system call. Using a pipe as a
transport, it can connect to files or sockets (latter as output only).
