Yes, I should.

Keeping ADC always enabled, which interferes with touchscreen,
badly. This fixes it, and allows touchscreen and battery to coexist.

(I'll clean it up and properly submit).

Enable/disable adc as needed. Now battery and touchscreen code seems
to cooperate.
