netlink multicast then unicast

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi

In netlink_sendmsg(), what's the reason for the unicast that follow
the multicast? shouldn't there be an `else' there? I.e. if it's a
multicast then dont unicast.

 	if (dst_group) {
		atomic_inc(&skb->users);
		netlink_broadcast(sk, skb, dst_pid, dst_group, GFP_KERNEL);
	}
	err = netlink_unicast(sk, skb, dst_pid, msg->msg_flags&MSG_DONTWAIT);

Thx
