[patch 6/7] s390: introduce guestLan sniffer support in qeth

	- introduce guestLan sniffer support in qeth	
	  feature allows a linux in a virtual machine 
	  guest to become a network LAN sniffer, 
	  monitoring and recording the networking traffic 
	  within an entire guestLan.
